Thuy Diep Dresses

Thuy Diep was seemingly born to be a fashion designer.

She was born in Vietnam to a couple who were in charge of a tailoring school and created custom clothing. Thuy worked in this shop starting from an early age and her love of high quality clothing grew from her experience.

She moved to the United States in the year 81 and attended Brown University and got a professional job as a consultant at Pricewater. This experience would help her manage the business side of fashion. She then went to Parsons The New School for Design.

Thuy worked for several high-end designers before launching her own label, located in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, in 2006.

Her style is based around elegant and subtle design with dramatic details and specialty fabrics. She melds classic and modern elements together to create her own vision.
